Honestly, I only trust in nude lipshades for my outfits and 99% of the time you’ll see me wearing a nude shade, that’s how much I love them and I’m going to give you my TOP 5 Drugstore Nude Lipsticks. You can actually mix two or three lipsticks and get a wonderful shade out of it, this is also something that I do very often. Let’s jump onto my Top 5 picks:-
This is my all time go to lipstick. It comes under a perfect light brownish-nude shade. The formula is Liquid Matte and it actually stays on for the entire day. It is a little sticky when you apply it directly but gets all fine after 5-10 minutes. The lipstick does get transferred a bit but has a high pigmented formula so no need to worry. You can very easily add any cream based lipper on top to mix the shade and make the lipstick even smoother. It doesn’t really get off in one go with a makeup wipe. It comes under Nykaa’s Mattelicious Lip Crayon Range. It glides on perfectly on your lips and one stroke application is enough to last you 2-3 cups of coffee. It is highly transferrable but has a high-pigmented formula and can be reapplied without making any clumps. It has a beautiful Brownish shade of nude and actually a perfect shade when it comes to Nude shade for every skin color. It is absolutely perfect. MRP:- 699/-INR. Available on Nykaa online and in Nykaa stores.
Well since it comes under the mattelicious lip crayon range, it has the same formula and as the name suggests, it glides on your lips like a crayon and stays on for a long period. Somebody who prefers to have a pinkish tone to their nude lipstick, this shade will be the best purchase and you won’t regret it at all. It comes under the same MRP:- 699/- and is available only on Nykaa Online and Stores around you. It comes in a long stick and is quite worthy of the price. Most of the times comes along with a free sharpener and that helps you in perfect application of the product and save a lot of product from getting wasted.
Crayon Formulas for lipsticks are absolutely beautiful, easy and hassle free. In this range, the most beautiful nude shade is Lead The Way. It is neither in a brown tone nor a pink tone, the perfect mix of both. It has a perfect 8-hr wear capacity and you can easily fill in and contour with the precise tip of the lipstick. It is for MRP:- 599/-INR. Available at Amazon/Nykaa/Flipkart/Maybeliine’s website and drugstores near you.
It is a beautiful subtle mauvish-nude with a smooth-velvety finish and gives a bare lip feeling. It isn’t long lasting because of the formula, it is easily transferrable however can be reapplied without any hassle. It is for MRP:- 650/-INR. It Is available at most of the drugstores near you and also on Amazon/Nykaa. I would suggest you can try all these lipsticks and choose the best one yourself. I’ve been stacking up these 5 in my vanity since long and now I really can’t help you choose one, so you need to figure it out yourself according to your skin color and taste.
